Being factory educated and having reached an age of 73 years my days are numbered but I have visited many countries [indecipherable] textiles and I have some idea of conditions. I beg to enclose my book on worsted spinning and in conclusion wish to again thank you for your advice to our country and wish you on many years of happiness and contentment on your retirement.
